1. Only 1 car is allowed per pitch, all other vehicles are to be parked in the parking area at the entrance to the park under prior arrangement. Extra cars Charges at £2 per night.
2. There is a strict 10mph speed limit throughout the park at all times.
3. ALL DOGS MUST MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD at all times on the park. There is plenty of open countryside that you can access from the back of the park via the Transpennine Trail.
4.DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME. Maximum 2 Dogs per pitch unless agreed by prior arrangement. Owners must clean up after their dog, this includes on the Transpennine Trail. Poo bags are available to purchase from reception. Bins are located at the entrance of the park.
5. Dogs are not allowed in the amenity building except guide dogs and assistance dogs.
6. Please help us keep White Cottage clean and tidy. Bins are a short walk to the entrance. Green Bins for general waste. Blue for recycling.
NO BROKEN CAMPING EQUIPMENT/ ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT TO BE LEFT, PLEASE TAKE THIS AWAY WITH YOU.
7.Televisions, radios, audio equipment and instruments must not be audible outside of the caravan, motorhome or tent before 7pm and after 10pm ( 11pm on weekends and School Holidays).
8. Visitors are requested to vacate their pitch by 11am on their day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made. Failure to do so may result in a late departure charge. Late departures can be accepted subject to availability. Please contact reception.
9. New arrivals are accepted onto the park from 2pm onwards. Please do not arrive before this time as you may have to wait. Early arrivals can be accepted on request subject to availability ring Katie on 07740918499 at least 24 hrs prior to arrival.
10. The washing of your Caravan/ Motorhome is NOT PERMITTED on this Park at anytime.11. Maximum People per pitch is 6. Dogs 2. Any extra will be asked to leave, unless any prior agreement has been made.
11. Visitors are requested to leave the amenity building how they would like to find it. Toilets, showers and basins to be left clean and a squeegee is provided for you to clean the water from the shower floor area. PLEASE DO NOT USE TALCUM POWDER IN THE SHOWERS IT BLOCKS THE DRAINS
12. The amenity building is CLOSED BETWEEN 11AM & 12PM on a daily basis for cleaning.
13. Please rinse the chemical disposal after use. A brush and hose is provided.
14. No ball games to be played on the Touring Park area. There are open grass areas at the rear and sides of the park available for this.
15 .No Drones, Electric scooters, generators and Petrol remote controlled cars to be used on the Park.
16. No Gazebos or Pup Tents allowed.
17. NO DISPOSABLE BBQS ALLOWED. BBQS available to Hire from reception.
18. Fire pits and BBQs MUST be raised off the ground at all times. NO OPEN FIRES.
19. NO ACCESS to the house. Should you need anything please ring the mobile number provided. 07740918499.
20. Electric Top Up available, call or text Katie between 10am & 4pm (Seasonal Tourers ONLY) MINIMUM £10 top up.
21. NO Caravans to be sold or advertised to be sold on the Park.
22. Seasonal Pitches are Non transferrable 1 months notice is required in writing should you require to leave.
23. Caravans and pitch areas are to be kept in a presentable condition at all times. Caravans can be washed on the pitch in March & October only. Any items i.e tables, chairs, fire pits etc need to be packed away whilst the caravan is not in use. Seasonal
